Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free worldwide shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. Hurray!
Processing time can take from 2 to 5 days because backdrops has to be manufactured.
Due to second wave of Covid-19 in most countries we started to notice delivery delays - mainly to the US and Canada.

Shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is placed. If you provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) you will not be eligible for a refund. HQbackdrops is not responsible for lost items due to wrong address provided.
We ship our products from several places in the world which includes China and Germany - depends on what you will order.Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Once the checkout process is complete our warehouse is immediately notified to pick up the order and prepare it for shipment. There is no possibility to cancel an order after it has been shipped.
